Delete your account

This deletes your Stride account and everything in it. It cannot be undone.

What goes

Your name, your email and the way you sign in
Every day of steps, your streak and your records
Your place on every board you are on
Everything you said in a group chat
Your goal, your units and your notification settings

Any group you own is handed to its longest-standing admin, or to its longest-standing member if it has none, so that the people left in it can still run it.

If you only want off one board, leave that group in the app instead — your history stays and you can rejoin.
